1. Scope
These terms govern all removal, freight, and courier services provided by MNM Express. By booking a job you accept these terms.
2. Booking acceptance
A booking is confirmed only once we have provided a written quote (email or WhatsApp) and you have acknowledged it. Verbal bookings are subject to written confirmation.
3. Cancellation
- More than 48 hours' notice: no charge.
- 24–48 hours' notice: 25% of quoted price.
- Less than 24 hours, or no-show on the day: 50% of quoted price.
4. Liability
Our liability for loss or damage to goods is limited to the value of the relevant Goods-in-Transit insurance cover (see below). We are not liable for delays caused by traffic, weather, or third-party access restrictions outside our reasonable control.
5. Insurance
MNM Express carries Goods-in-Transit insurance and Public Liability insurance. Certificates available on request. High-value items (jewellery, cash, antiques over £500) must be declared at booking.
6. Payment
Payment is due on completion unless agreed otherwise in writing. We accept bank transfer, card, and cash.
7. Jurisdiction
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of England and Wales.
